ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of order processor, you will work on behalf of our partner, who provides innovative products and solutions to customers across the country and globally. In this position, quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction are of great importance, and we are now looking for a driven person to become part of their team. The work includes both administrative tasks and customer contact with the partner's customers globally. It is important that you enjoy communicating and building long-term customer relationships.

The position is full-time with immediate start/according to agreement and initially extends to spring 2026. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Manage incoming orders, administer and follow up on orders from your customers via email and phone.
You will engage in dialogue with key customers, both Swedish and international, where a professional and formal tone is crucial.
Collaborate with internal and external contacts. This includes communicating with other parts of the company, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure timely deliveries.
Work within administrative support, ensuring that the CRM system (Salesforce) is used effectively and contribute to its implementation in the fall.
Continuously work with customer service and sales, learning about our partner's products and services to provide the best possible service and negotiate with customers when necessary.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has at least a high school diploma in a relevant field, preferably in economics or IT.
Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as both languages are used in daily work.
Has previous experience working with customer service towards B2B.
Has good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite.

It is an advantage if you live/have connections to Piteå. We also view it positively if you have worked in a similar role within the industry/production.
